Hello guys,
I have a big problem.
My computer doesn't send signal to monitor, no matter what a slot (DVI-d, VGA, HDMI)
All components are it working. (any signal on the speaker)
I hope it is not a fault the motherboard (compatibility B350 with Athlon)
SPECS:
Mobo: MSI B350M Pro VDH
CPU: AMD Athlon 200GE
RAM: GoodRam IRDM 2400Ghz - 4GB
SSD: Crucial BX300 120GB
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 530W
Thank you for setting the matter.
There is an BIOS update for the Athlon 200ge at MSI Support for your motherboard: Support For B350M PRO-VDH | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global
Here is the QVL List for the RAM Memory for the Athlon Pro APU: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-PRO-VDH#support-mem-11https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-PRO-VDH#support-mem-11
I have a feeling your RAM won't be listed since it is a foreign made RAM Memory.
It is possible you may need more RAM memory installed for the APU or the RAM you have install is not compatible with the 200GE.
Here is Wikipedia information of the Athlon Pro 200GE: Athlon PRO 200GE - AMD - WikiChip
I would open a MSI Support Ticket and see what they say.
The SPD of RAM memory may be modified? Drop to 2133?Memory problems may be blue screen?
I have the same problem.
