hello so my amd 5900X stutters and spikes down to 0.5 ghz every few seconds : image
i have tryed diffrent bios version reseting drivers and checked temps
specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
32,0GB ram 3200 mhz
ASRock B550M-HDV (AM4)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (MSI)
2ssd and 1 hdd
how can i fix this problem?
