I will upgrade an older AMD PC from Phenom II X6. I would like to use an AM5 CPU, however, I have doubts about the built-in Pluton security module. Do i understand correctly that even if Pluton is disabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings, it briefly runs anyway on power on before turning itself off? I run Linux only .
