i have AMD A8-7650k Radeon R7 10 compute cores 4C+6G
i have virtualization but disabled.
i tried and tried looking for it in Bios but can't seem to find it.
i searched everywhere.
help please
sorry, you probably can't. it is likely that at least one critical hardware component is not present on the CPU or on the motherboard. without knowing your exact hardware we could not venture a guess. there is a minute possibility that your hardware supports virtualization extensions, and a firmware (bios) update can expose the option. that said though, the manufacturer would have to provide that firmware, so I recommend you contact their support desk to determine whether they have one.
i got the manufacturer and bios version.
Manufacturer: Colorful Technology And Development Co,LTD
Model: C.A68HM-K PLUS V18
will this help?
then i went to this site https://en.colorful.cn/contents/360/735.html and found something to update my bios. is this it?
Your APU supports Virtualization according to the specs:
Went to the motherboard model (Colorful Global )you posted and found the last BIOS update from 08/12/17: Colorful - Support - Download
If you have an earlier version try and see if you can update the BIOS to version 1003N if the above is the correct Motherboard model that you posted.
If you have the latest BIOS installed or will install the latest BIOS then check for Virtualization in BIOS.
See if your BIOS has a BIOS Setting called IOMMU which is AMD-V. This needs to be "enabled". From Tom's Hardware on how to enable AMD-V : How to enable AMD-V in bios | Tom's Hardware Forum
