check to see if there is a BIOS update posted. I use MSI and a new BIOS was out today for X570 platforms.

i update my asus x570-p using built-in bio flash in the bios to the lates version 1404 and agesa 1.0.0.4. everything is in default in bios except xmp profile for ram CL14xxxxx and my fan curve is high for maximum cooling.

Window is in ryzen power saving.

HWinfo show max 4.0G load 1.224v, idle 2.2G 0.920v temp: max 48c

Ryzen master default show max 4.0G load 1.224v, idle 2.2G 0.920v temp: 45-59c

Cinebench20 score 4.0G @4541 :/

old score 4.3G @5106

My games run smooth @2.2G and cpu stay cool i got no complaint about that. my concerns is my Frames drops a massive 20-30+ fps

thank you for quick responds

here's the results: somehow win10 changed my setting back to power saver and previous was Ryzen power saver. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

Everything seems back to normal except for the max 60 Fps but I think I can fix that.

Thank you guys, glad I join this community.
