right now my pc has a ryzen 7 5800x 32 gigs of 3600mhz RAM a rtx 3080 and an nvme SSD. when i look at reosurce utilization in menu my game uses 100 percent of gpu. when im actually in game my gpu utilization drops to 40-50 percent. this happens regardless of resolution and my cpu usage is nowhere near high. framerate is unlocked. i've tried tweaking every setting i could find. is the game just so **bleep**tily optimized for ryzen that im getting hardcore cpu bottlenecked? does anyone else have an issue like this with a 5800x? is there any fix? i dont have problems like this in any other game.
