9800x3d - 0D & RAM error code on every restart failing reading memory RAM , x870e mobo

Hello Guys

I have recently purchased a new 9800x3d and since the first run i have this 0D error and also RAM error on my new Gigabyte x870e Aorus pro ice ,  i have 2x16GB CORSAIR CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K  6000 CL 30 , the memory is on the QLVD list , if am turning on the pc there is no error or if i am restarting from BIOS also no error ,i have tried switching memory modules , i have update the bios( from F2 to F3f ) , reseat the cpu still same problem , if i am not restarting is working like a charm, just a " little" bit hot , up to 90c with Corsair 150i icue link , no x3d enabled in bios no Expo enabled , i have sent the mobo and ram for testing at the store and they told me the mobo it ok and they belive could be the cpu ( the cpu its not purchased from them ), it seems not INTEL its cursed with 14th gen !!!!!

 

Did anyone have this issue ??!!

I did not Have an Error, but mine work very good for 24 days then it locked up my computer re booted many times, nothing happened all power and fans work though. I end up putting my old CPU in all is working. Sending in for warranty replacement.
