My laptop having issues with heat problem because my CPU run over base clock 3.8 GHz and stay over 4 GHz with low CPU utilization (3-4%) even idle. How could I solve this problem, is it driver problem or something else? Because I think it would make my battery run out faster than it should be. My solution right now is limiting Processor Power Management in Power Plan windows to use only 40% max while on battery
