7950X3D Cinebench r23 temps

When I run Cinebench r23 my package temp reaches 87.1C and Cores reach 84.7C. I know the max for this CPU is 89C so I'm still within that and this test runs all cores at 100%. So nothing to worry about right? Using a Noctua D15S Cooler.

If you are stressing the CPU and its still within safe operating temperatures without even throttling, then its all good and expected for a nice cooler such as yours.

You can add another fan on that for a Push/Pull and drop a couple few ºC more if your ram allows it.

HINT: Curve Optimizer sometimes help on performance and temperatures.

Good Luck
