7950X Unable to boot without downclocking RAM.

Setup:
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X
RAM:CT2K16G56C46U5 Crucial 16GB *2 5600Mhz
GPU:Nvidia GTX960
Motherboard: Asus Proart Creator X670E
Bios: 1502
PSU: NZXT C1200

Symptoms:
After booting fine for a few weeks, suddenly, the motherboard is unable to boot(On default configuration).
It makes beeping noises (1 long beep 2 short ) when attempting to boot. The Q-LED light has an orange LED light indicated to detect RAM.

Attempted to boot using single stick/switch slots to face the same problem.
Cleared the CMOS. booted to Windows and reboot to face the same issue.
Again cleared the CMOS and downclock it from  Auto(5200Mhz) to 5000Mhz to reboot with no issue.

May I check if it is possibly an issue with the CPU?  I have exchanged the RAM and Motherboard for a new one and still face the above issues.

Hi, did you updated your bios recently? Is the memory on the QVL? Do you have memory context restore set to disable instead of auto?

Good luck

Yes, I have updated this motherboard fresh from the box using bios flashback function to 1502.

The memory is not in the QVL for motherboard but on the manufacturer's page (https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/asus/proart-x670e-creator-wifi) it is deemed compatible.

I did not modify any settings from the default configuration aside from the memory speed to prevent it from posting with the abovementioned sounds/led.

This issue also occurs on the same motherboard I have returned to the manufacturer but is on release 1415 instead.
