Please, ensure that your BIOS is up to date. A new BIOS update can sometimes fix issues with clock speeds and stability. Additionally, you can try adjusting your voltage settings to see if that helps. However, be careful not to increase your voltage too much, as this can damage your CPU.

It is also possible that the issue is with your motherboard. Double-check that all power cables are properly connected, and try resetting your BIOS to its default settings. This can sometimes fix stability issues.

Hope this helps!

Hi

BIOS newest F9C , all cables double checked. I dont have any stability issue's, problem started after update BIOS from F6 , same issue on F7/F8 BIOS, just looks like after AGESA 1.0.0.3 + CPU want boost over 5.5 Ghz ( with the same voltage /CPU/RAM settings) . With F9C BIOS very rare one core boost to 5.6 Ghz , thats happens only when 1-2 cores are used . For me looks like AMD suddenly limit boost on cores when you use more than 2 -4 of them ...
