Hi, guys. Here are my computer configuration.
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
MB: Asrock X670e Taichi Carrara
RAM: Acer Predator 32G 6000mhz
GPU: RX 7900 XTX
PSU: Asus rog thor 1000W
As the title suggests, after I replaced the 7600x3d, I found that my 7600x low frame instability disappeared.
And my 7600x once had WHEA Logger Event ID 18 events, which still exist after replacing the memory stick, so I now think there is a problem with the memory controller. WHEA Logger Event ID 18 occurs when using Ryzen 5 7600x
I would like to know if this is possible with a warranty claim. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
EH1919, this is a user forum and we do not represent AMD. Please talk to AMD here. If you have an English translation of your images, that would be a great help. We need to see the Details tab of the error. Since changing processors have you installed a fresh copy of Windows? If not please do. Also list all your parts including your CPU cooler. If you have only one stick of memory you are missing the doubled transfer rate of the two channels offered. I did have a memory controller problem on my 3970X and it looked very different than what you have shown. John.
Hi, misterj. I can provide a translated version of the image, but it will look blurry.
After changing the CPU, I did not change the system, and I still use the original system. Event 18 disappeared after I updated the BIOS last year, but the sudden freeze when playing games still exists, as shown in the picture above. I tried to replace the memory stick, but it didn't work, the situation was only slightly improved. Turning off EXPO, the situation was slightly improved, but it still exists. Changing the graphics card, the situation still exists.
My computer parts are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x and 7600x3D
MB: Asrock X670e Taichi Carrara
RAM: Acer Predator 32G (16GB*2) 6000mhz CL30 and OLOy 32GB (16GB*2) 6000mhz CL32
GPU: RX 7900 XTX
PSU: Asus rog thor 1000W
CPU Cooler: 360mm AIO
System: Win 11 Pro
Storage: SK Hynix Platinum P41 and Nextorage G-Series
EH1919, first install a fresh copy of Windows including formatting your C: disk. I do not need to see any errors from 2023. Post the entire Details tab of recent CRITICAL errors (copy and paste). I have no idea what your screenshot shows or why it froze. Post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) running Cinebench R24 multicore. Images of RM only. John.
Thanks for your help, I plan to reinstall and run the tests tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
