Sounds like a DRAM issue.

Options :

- try different DRAM settings in the BIOS

- boot with only 1 stick inserted to make sure your DRAM if working properly at all

- try another set of DRAM if possible

- turn of Secure Boot in the BIOS

When did this start happening for you?

I have a similar Mobo and a 5900x and a few months ago I was blue screening every so often when I left my computer idle for hours. I would come back after work and find a blue screen waiting for me but after a week or two it went away. Two nights ago I came back home after work to a bluescreen again. And then it started freezing while I was using the machine but during more idle tasks

I later found that disabling C-State might be a good thing to try (option is in the Bios) and it fixed my issue. Apparently it was becoming unstable when in a lower power mode.

But if you started getting this more consistently recently I wonder if it is an update that happened in windows? maybe an issue with the F39d Bios. Or did you buy yours about 3 years ago as well and this is a defect that is appearing after years of use. I personally had no issues since I got it in November 2021.
