robomartion, please remove the application that produced the screenshots and any other apps from your MB vendor or other third parties. Then do a Clear CMOS then post screenshots of Ryzen Master (RM) both Basic and Advanced views running Cinebench R23. I think the chances this is a processor problem are minuscule.
