5800x3d stuck at 3.4ghz max

Motherboard: g10dk
Chipset: amd b550 (promontory prom19 c/c1)
Bios version: 310
Cpu 5800x3d
Gpu 7900xtAgesa version: combov2_1204
Ram ddr4 32 gb 3600mhz cl18

Psu: corsair rm850x

I'm going to give my theory first from my research. I'm assuming my motherboard doesn't support agesa 1206 or above. Despite being updated to the latest bios version offered to me, my motherboard will not go any higher than agesa 1204. From my understanding - agesa 1206 or higher is needed to unlock the boost speeds to the advertised 4.4ghz? Or am I wrong? Was the 5800x3d already hitting the boost speeds with agesa 1204 or earlier versions? I can not for the life of me figure this out why I'm stuck at 3.4ghz despite trying multiple 'fixes'. I emailed amd support a few days ago asking about the issue but haven't received a reply

Or is my motherboard simply not capable of handling the voltage of the 5800x3d to get me those boost speeds? It should it's a b550.  Came with a 5700g from a prebuilt that boosted into the 4ghz range...

Running cinebench23 and I'm stuck at 3.4ghz max speed. I can get the bios and task manager to read my base speed for 4.4ghz becuase i manually entered it in bios. but actual speed it doesn't go that high. Highest it runs is 3.39ghz, and hwinfo64 shows my pbo max and boost max is only 3.4ghz.

I've tried virtually every software cpu/bios setting possible from enabling to disabling to entering custom values, ive reformatted and fresh install. I've reset bios by pulling cmos battery and tried it with default settings. I've turned off my docp/xmp for my ram, turned it on

Long story short, yes my motherboard is up to date, yes my drivers and chipsets are all up to date. I'm pulling my hair out wondering why I'm not getting the extra 1ghz I paid for!

Cinebench score = 11305 , locked at 3.4ghz
Max temps = 60 degrees

Many boards for prebuilt machines are of minimum spec for target components (limited upgrade options), you might want to ask asus support and/or post on their rog forum for help.

Thanks. Asus said they do not plan on releasing any updates for the board.  The board is an asus prime b550m-k. But since it was in a orebuilt, asus flashed their own custom bios to it and locked it out from accepting any updates other than the prebuilt it was built with.  My solution was to unfortunately buy a new motherboard and it solved my issue.
