Hi, I'm wondering about the status on an RMA as the ticket shows status claim is resolved but I haven't gotten an email or anything yet and Fedex says it arrived but the ticket status shows not yet received. its been a few days since it shipped out without any update on the status or ETA on a replacement.

Just wondering the status on this as I've never had to RMA a Ryzen CPU before and im worried i wont get a replacement as i Need this chip for work.

Doesn't the AMD RMA email you received give out a contact information or link to make inquiries concerning the RMA process by any chance?
