I have this weird issue with my CPU 5600x. When i move in the game and just looking around its seems like object are vibrating on the place.
I have tried everything, with driver reinstallation, i even try to use 4 different RAMs one by one installed but still issue is present.
Only thing that resolve the issue is to install back my old CPU 3600, but what i don't understand is how can i have more FSP and this weird issue if Cleary CPU is performing at least on FPS counter. What i noted is that waiting for GPU time some hove increased from 08 to 1.2 second.
I try to overclock CPU, BIOS updated, TPM tried to Disable, tried to change CPU BIOS setting but still issue is present.
I even use only graphic driver without GUI.
Average FPS with 5600x is around 180FS
with 3600 134 but feels and looks a lot smoother and issue is not present with this CPU

RAM 16GB Kingston Fury Beast 3200Hz
GPU RX 7800XT
Motherboard Asus TUF gamming b550-plus
PSU MegaMax 80Plus 800w
