Sometimes when I start my pc my 3900x runs between 0,5 to 3 ghz and stays at that amount (say 1ghz) no matter the task.
rebooting solves this issue. I have had this problem for some time. I have posted several times at different forums, but noone seems to know what this is. So I thought I'd post it here.
I have updated to the latest bios and the latest windows drivers aswell.
