  My new cpu stuck on 4.2 without any load and the fans are  going up and down what should i do 

when i change to power save mode he will go to 2ghz

my mobo is B450 AORUS ELITE

have you cleared your cmos and running on default bios settings?

 No still not i am just alitle afraid to reset my bios i can reset the bios inside 

but idk i have b450 AORUS ELITE
