Hi there,
I'm about to ugprade my PC over the next few months, and one of the itens I'm thinking to get is a B550m Steel Legend, to match with a future Ryzen 5000.
Problem is, my current CPU is a Ryzen 5 Pro 3350G (AMD Ryzen Pro 3000 Series Desktop Processors - https://www.amd.com/pt/products/apu/amd-ryzen-5-pro-3350g) but it is actually pretty much like 3400g (Zen+, Picasso) - that does not have official support (and even tough some have working on another b550 like Asus ones, I couldn't find anyone testing it on a steel legend b550m).
(You could say at this point I d be better off upgrading other pc components, but i'm still short on money to buy a new CPU (which big problem is that I still didnt bough a GPU - since I dont have enough money to buy a good one for now, and dont want to spend buying a cheap just for now).
So, have anyone tested B550m SL with 3400g to check if there is this "unnoficial compatibility" (like its happening with a lot of Ryzens 1st and 2nd gen)?
Am I safe with my processor being namely a 3000 Series?
Appreciate your help!
