I have a 2920x that will not run at its base clock (3500) it runs at 3000 it will bost up to around 4000. If I manually set it to 3500 in bios it still runs at 3000. If I set it to say 3600 it will run at that speed no more no less. I have tried 2 motherboards with same result. Is any one on here had this problem.
