2700x CPU usage

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem:
I bought myself a new GPU (6950 nitro) and formatted my system (upgrade from win10 to 11). When I originally switched to the 2700x I remember I had issues with the CPU staying always in max boost which I solved with Ryzen master.

I installed the chipset drivers, gpu drivers and ryzen master. Ryzen master is no longer working with the well known error could not initialise. I already tried all the regedit shenanigans reinstalling ect. but Ryzen master wont work.

Energy plan is balanced min. 1% , max. 100%

These are the metrics when I simply download and install some larger games from steam.

How concerning are these?
To me it seems electrical current is way too high.

Are there any alternatives beyond Ryzen master to get this under control?

Would highly appreciate some advice. Thank you in advance.

After upgrading to Windows 11 and installing a new GPU (6950 Nitro), you are experiencing issues with Ryzen Master not initializing. You have tried various solutions but have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem. Additionally, you are concerned about high electrical current metrics while downloading and installing games from Steam. To address the issues, make sure you have the latest compatible version of Ryzen Master, update your BIOS and chipset drivers, consider using alternative monitoring software, check power settings, monitor CPU temperatures, and optimize background processes.

Hope it helps!
