I am curious. Is anyone using a 2600x to game in 2023?
Is it capable of pushing 60fps in modern titles? I know typically people are GPU bound but I have some extra parts laying around and want to build a PC for my brother in law.
I have the motherboard CPU RAM and storage and PSU. I just need to get my hands on a decent GPU and case and I'm set.
I just want to make sure he will at least be able to push 60 or near it in popular titles with that CPU.
I used it in my media PC for years and can't remember if I was CPU limited or GPU limited when I chose to upgrade
