Try disabling "HARDWARE ACCELERATION" in all your browser's settings and see if you still have artifacts when viewing YouTube videos. "Hardware Acceleration" causes many problems viewing videos in a browser for some Users. If after disabling Hardware Acceleration you still have the same problem than you can enable it again if your wish.
