Hello I'm a AMD noobie, 1950x should be have 32 thread but it shows 16. can somebody help me for increase to 32 thread or its okay ?

karmaguyma, please get the latest version of CPU-Z and see what it says. Also post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM). Did you do a fresh install of Windows? I also have a 1950X and it shows all 32 Threads. Thanks and enjoy, John.
