Nah, that's a bit toasty even for the stock cooler (Which I assume you're using?) Even though I do believe the 5600x is rated for temps up to 95c. My first suggestion would be to remount the heatsink cooler on the CPU. Might be a bad mount. I'd say normal temps around idle should be like 40-45c on stock cooler. Like 35-40c on an after market cooler/AIO. I'd wait for the SSD just to make sure and if the temps are still 85+, yeah, remount and check again.
