The minimum Asus BIOS Version you need for the Ryzen 3 3200g is BIOS version 4801 or newer:PRIME A320M-A CPU Support | Motherboards | ASUS USA
Try updating your BIOS to the latest version and also install the latest Chip Set and see if your RAM is more compatible with the Ryzen Processor.
As mentioned previously in above reply, Your memory is not listed for, at least, the Ryzen 2xxx processors. Asus hasn't come out with a QVL list for the Ryzen 3xxx processors yet.
If your RAM is not listed it means two things:
1- It was tested by Asus and found to be incompatible thus not listed
2- Asus hasn't tested that Ram memory yet thus it is not listed.
Best thing to do is contact Asus Support and asked them if your RAM Memory will be compatible with your Ryzen 3xxx and Motherboard if the latest BIOS update didn't work for you.
