xfx rx590 fatboy - red square on monitor

hi, i am getting this small red square of pixels on my monitor like 2mins after bootup.

i know its not the monitor as i bought a brand new one and new cables as i thought my old monitor was failing.

when plugged into my onboard display ports it disappears.

the gpu is only like 6months old and is on standard settings with latest drivers.

any advise to get this gone would be appreciated.

Is that an in game screenshot, looks like the relive record bar ?

Does it show up just sitting on windows desktop ?

Yes its in game but also appears on the desktop. It looks more like dead pixels which it cant be as it appeared on my previous screen as well. I will turn off relive and see if that works thanks.

It could be 'Instant Replay' turned on with 'Record Desktop' also on.
