XFX Radeon 6700 XT RedM 99%usage no other game uses it 99%

So i need some help. Saturday night i noticed a very quiet coil whine in it when playing RedM (Red Dead 2) it randomly started. Now RedM is using 99% of the GPU and was not doing it before. The settings on RedM are all on low the GPU is still being 99% utilized. But i ran Madden 23 with all settings on ultra and it has ran at 50-58% utilization the entire time. I've tried so many things already any help would be very appreciated

My specs are: Ryzen 5 5600G with TridenZ RGB 32GB Ram and a XFX Radeon Rx 6700XT. PLease Please help

Using game Mods, could be conflict with any combination of them.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

So is it fine to run this way? It uses 99% but doesn’t go past 75 degrees Celsius

I don't have RDR2, are you seeing the high use in the game or in the menu/queuing?

75C hotspot is nothing under load.

Red Dead Redemption 2 at really high setting will utilize my GPU 100% too.

Its fine to use your GPU like that as long as temps are in check and you are okay with the framerate. You should be able to run the game beautifully on your hardware, but Red Dead Redemption 2 at higher settings will use a high percentage of your GPU. 

If you aren't having thermal or performance issues there is no reason to worry.
