XFX 6800 XT - RGB Tool doesnt work !?

Hello,

i bought a XFX 6800XT and want to diable RGB via official Tool by AMD.

"Plug in your AMD device to get started"

 

What can i do?

Which model did you buy? Is it the Speedster Merc, SWFT, QICK? Is it the reference model? I am not able to find any RGB software for the XFX GPUs. To my knowledge the AMD tool is only designed to work on the reference models. It doesn't appear there is any way to turn off the RGB on the XFX Speedster MERC GPUs.

It is a Speedstar MERC. Is that a reference model?

I dont find a tool by XFX. 😞

There is no RGB on that card model.

Some people don't want it, so they offer a model that doesn't support it.
