PC Graphics

Hi, 

I am not a graphics expert but do work in IT so not completely stupid. I have a DELL Precision desktop with Dual WX3200 graphics crads. Its my work horse and powers dual 4k samsung monitors and a wacom display pad. Additionally until recently I also had an old LG tv plugged in DVI to HDMI cable. Have increased size of TV as a 4th montor so replaced for a bigger LG 55 inch TV. 

Problem is the LV TV is just green. Shows on the display settings correctly. Checked all cables and ports and changed them. The LG TV works fine when i plug my surface pro into it so somethign is wrong with this display recieving signal from PC. Any suggestions I could try to see if this makes a difference?

1. I assume you have Windows 10 OS. So, please send an AMDZ Report
- Extract the amdz-v295.zip available from https://we.tl/t-fzbqnIt3ki
- Run amdz.exe file as an Administrator
- Select “Save All“ and “TXT“ as the output format
- Click on the blue button to save the report
- The .txt file will be saved in the same folder where you extracted the zipped file

2. How is your LG TV connected to the WX3200?
- Cable/adapter used?
- Which input on LG TV?
