WX 4100 to 60Hz

Hello all

I have:

Processor: i5-12400F

Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H610M S2H DDR4

RAM: 32 GB

Monitor&Card: DELL UP3214Q on Radeon Pro WX 4100

Win 10 - 64

At 4K resolution 3840x2160 it allows me only 30Hz.

How do I get it running at 60Hz?

The cable to the monitor supports even 8K, the problem was something else. Monitor setting - quite unobvious. 1.4 support, whatever it is. Thanks to everyone who showed interest, the problem is solved.

Yes, your Professional GPU card should have no issues with 4K @ 60Hz output.

Here is the AMD Specs for your WX4100:

Your Intel processor doesn't have Integrated Graphics.

In my opinion the most likely cause is either your cable or Monitor (Configuration) issues or you don't have Windows Settings -Display properly configured to run at 4K @ 60Hz.

Do you have another PCIex16 card inserted besides your WX4100 GPU Card?

How is your Dell Monitor connected to the WX4100?  Are you using a Adapter cable?

Anyways, the best person to answer your question is AMD Forum's Moderator of Pro. GPU cards @fsadough .

OP doesn't mention cable connection, should be DP 1.2 cable and monitor set to DP 1.2 (Ref. Dell manual).

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

I did mentioned the most likely reason is due to cable or monitor issues.

All good, just adding info from dell (modified post).
