This is extremely frustrating for a high end card to just not perform on such an easy to run game. I've searched there is is no solution, I still have this problem with new drivers for a year now. I get around 180 to 200 start of game, but as soon as minions arrive the game drops to 140 then when abilities are used and teamfights are happening it can go down to 90 fps. Is there any fix, can I get an answer as to why this is happening. I have an Ryzen 2700x.
