I have an hp Notebook with AMD Radeon HD 8400/R3 Series graphics (Windows 10 64-bit). Unfortunately, anytime I install any version of the AMD software adrenalin that is suitable for my device, every action lags, even moving the cursor. It moves and halts for a second before it responds again. It becomes difficult to do anything on the laptop. Please any help?
