with the 18.2.1 whql driver i get the following fenomena:
closing games keep my clocks at high load clockspeeds. Have to open wattman and click reset and apply to have clocks return to idle.
AND !!!
When closing my browser after having visited YOUTUBE my idle clocks SHOOT UP to full load clockspeeds. again clicking reset and apply in wattman fixes it, but hey guys.....
AND THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON YOUTUBE SHITE MIND YOU !!!!
So WHAT THE F... IS GOING ON.
AMD drivers have an intermittent way of working like they should, but mostly they just screw around like raja did ???
When will i be able to work on my pc without having to check everything every second, is this what a "computer" is supposed to be then ???
