I'm looking for an upgrade from Saphire Hd 7750 low profile 

My Specs:-

CPU:- I5 2400 3.10ghz 

8 gb ddr3 ram

500 gb hdd

Sapphire Hd 7750 1gb low profile (1280x1024)

I want to play cod mw remastered , Horizon zero dawn  and improve fps

i play gta v at 40 fps low settings , battlefield v at 25-30 fps

My budget 80-90$ strict 

what would be the best upgrade , im thinking of Rx460

Good choice, try to get the 4 GB if you can. Low to mid high end hardware can still be found used for a decent price. Have fun!
