what video card should i buy to make use of HDMI for this TV?

judging from what edid-decode says, it seems to me that this HDMI input only supports 30 FPS 12-bit 4:2:0. am i interpreting the data correctly? and i'm not sure about HDR10+. does it support it?

looks like HDMI capabilities of my TV are limited, but i guess it will accurately display files with the following video streams, if played with a proper media player on a proper video card and transmitted through a proper cable:

if yes, then what video card should i buy for that? i'd like it also to be silent, so maybe a mobile or embedded APU can handle that?

The best fanless card you can have is GeForce 1050 Ti.

Mine is not the latest but it has the following:

RGB, 4:4:4, 4:2:2 are supported for all resolutions.

The Video Data Block has the 4K (3840 and 4096) 594 MHz (50 and 60 Hz) modes.

Some of the 297 MHz (24, 25, 30 Hz) modes are in the HDMI Vendor-Specific Data Block (OUI 0x000c03) which is HDMI 1.4 stuff. It says 10bpc and 12bpc are supported. Also 4:4:4 is supported.

Look in the HDMI Forum Vendor Specific Data Block (OUI 0xc45dd8) for the HDMI 2.0 stuff. 10bpc and 12bpc is supported for the 4:2:0 modes.

The YCbCr 4:2:0 Capability Map Data Block says 4:2:0 is supported for the 4K 594 MHz modes. The modes also support 4:4:4 and 4:2:2 since they exist in the Video Data Block which the YCbCr 4:2:0 Capability Map Data Block refers to. None of the other modes in the Video Data Block support 4:2:0.

The Colorimetry Data Block has the new color modes BT2020cYCC, BT2020YCC, BT2020RGB

There's a HDR Static Metadata Data Block with Hybrid Log-Gamma. There is also an HDR10+ Vendor Specific Data Block and a Dolby Vendor Specific Data Block so I guess HDR should work.

Given the above, I think 4K 60 Hz 12bpc 4:2:0 should work and also 4K 60 Hz 12bpc 4:2:2 (same bandwidth as 8bpc 4:4:4).
