while you're waiting for an answer I'm just wondering WHY? What's the point for a few fps and then adding some other issue to deal with?
My Asus 580 came with an OCing utility which I declined to install and have never had an issue. Speaking of that you may find what you're looking for on the ASUS site or maybe Sapphire/XFX/Gigabyte or any other company that sells an OC'd 580.
