Is it normal for my Red Devil 6750gre to have a gpu temperature and a hot temperature of about 30 degrees when playing Ghostwalker 1? What is the maximum temperature difference between the two?
If you are stating there is a 30°C difference between the GPU temp and Hotspot temp then that is not good. Normal variance is 10-20°C difference.
A 30°C difference means that 75°C GPU temp (completely normal) equates to a 105°C Hotspot. (approaching thermal limit)
Have you contacted PowerColor support?
I don't know how to contact power color. Is it by email? I asked the store that sells graphics cards, and the customer service said that the difference of 30c-40c is normal.
PowerColor Contact Information
30-40°C difference is not normal. In fact, I would say 40°C difference will be detrimental to the chip.
I just sent an email to PowerColor to ask that when my GPU temperature is 60 degrees, the GPU hotspot temperature can reach 91, and the maximum difference between the two is about 31 degrees Celsius.
I have been emailing PowerColor for a long time, but they didn't reply to me. I don't know why. I'm a Chinese and live in China.

Since yesterday is a long time? The link I shared has a telephone number. They're in Taiwan though so... given current affairs between China and Taiwan I don't know what to tell you.
Taiwan is also China! It should be said that mainland China and Taiwan Province!
I have RX7900GRE and in benchmarks also the temperature difference reaches 29c , in games there is about 27c difference. The card is about 3 months old , the paste would probably not dry out after such a time ?
My AMD Reference 7900XT on Furmark benchmark shows 8°C temp difference.
Board partner heatsink designs may vary, however a 30°C difference to me is borderline. It likely means paste application is uneven, cold plate is not making good contact or the heatsink design is poor or inadequate for the card.
What should I do? The official doesn't reply to my email.
