First you would have to find if your motherboard has only legacy bios support(or option for uefi), then search graphics cards specs to see if it has support for one/both options(i.e. if your mobo is legacy(bios) only, then a uefi only graphics card will not work).
Next is that the current psu will most likely need to be replaced with a newer higher wattage one.
