After the tank spawns, graphic defects begin to appear, similar to textures coming from dots and stretching all over the screen.
This makes the gameplay just impossible because you can't see anything.

These defects started to appear after installing a graphics card from gtx 960 to rx 6600 (No loading defects in other games). Naturally reinstall the operating system, and all game drivers. On the old video card (gtx 960) were not loaded artifacts in games and replays where artifacts were found on the new card rx 6600.
UPD Looks like I fixed the problem by reinstalling the game and drivers using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) utility.
