Hello

i buyed am sapphiere pulse RX 570 and schwitched my 1050 ti for it.

I have 2 monitor, both have a resolution 1920 x 1080 on 60 hz. Both dont have freesync.

Now then i play an game and show a video(Netflix,Youtube) the video Stutters then im ingame.

I disable hardware acceleration in Firefox and tryed disable freesync on the Monitor(But is greyed out in the Software).

I turned GPU Scaling on, doesnt work.

Driver is the new one from 6.3.19 : 19.3.1

Give to us yor full spec of your PC

GPU is not only one to get a stuttering 

Give your full PC spec.

On 1050ti you have same stuttering?

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x

Ram: 16 gb ddr4 2166

Mainboard: Prime b350m-a

win 10

2 ssd and 1 hdd

Most games start from ssd.

No on the 1050ti i dont have these stutter.

Clean install the new 19.3.3 driver and give that a try. If that doesn't help report it to AMD:  Online Service Request | AMD
