a little update. The problem is with the bps. I used to render just fine at max which is 135bps - 240bps. Now it only does it at 50bps - 135bps. Please fix this problem. 22.5.1 doesn't have this problem. Something in the driver is causing this to not render videos and give error cannot be determined.
