That is called Artifacts.

Those can appear due to Defective GPU, Overheating, Overclocking, PSU Power issues, Some times the Graphics driver.

If those artifact occurs all the time even when booting up then most like your GPU card is going bad.

Try stress testing the GPU card and see if those artifact occurs or it fails the stress test.

Download and run OCCT PSU and GPU Stress test and also MEMTEST for the GPU and see if it passes or fails or the artifacts occurs.

this happends sometimes after 10 mins of gamin sometimes after 2 or more hours... will try this test im only playing escapre from tarkov so cant tell if its becouse of tarkov.....

So if you haven't overclocked the Vega and happens only during game playing it could be your GPU card is overheating causing the artifacts to form.

When you stress test the GPU card check the GPU and CPU temperatures and see how hot they are getting. Especially when the artifacts start to show up during the testing.
