Hi, i have an anoying problem with gpu stuck freqvency, when i pres Windows key+G to open Game Bar to can activate Game mode on games, my gpu freqvency stuck at 501-870mhz , i must disable/enable driver to fix that, but when i press again Windows key+g this bug apear again. I read other post and problems seems to come from UVD(Unified Video Decoder) So, this problem apear only when i open game bar, please fix that.My video card is Sapphire R9 280x Tri-x and i use Windows 10 last update.
