Hello, I have a Dell XPS Studio 435T/9000 with a RI0707 motherboard that has PCI Express slots. I'm Looking to upgrade my AMD HD 3600 to the possible card while running 6X1G of ram, and an I7 920 processor. 

Would you be able to help me with any suggestions?

That computer is 11 years old, and the CPU is only half as fast as AMD's current lowest offering, the 3200G. I wouldn't recommend any new video card, both because the processor is so slow, and also because there can be compatibility issues with newer video cards, especially AMD cards, on systems that old.

The only GPU upgrade that Dell Support has for your specific PC is an old Visiontek HD 5450 1 gbyte GPU Card: Parts & Upgrades for your Studio XPS 435t/9000 | Dell USA 

The HD 5450 isn't supported by AMD with Driver updates anymore.
