help i think my rig is whole fully underperforming.

GPU: AMD RX 580 - 66.1%
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 78.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB - 69.9%
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2400 C16 2x8GB - 45.4%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3-CF
I have been trying to play assassins creed origin on very high on 1080p and was unable to achieve a steady 30fps. I bumped it down to high and still unable to achieve 30fps. I would think I should be able this game on very high as my rig is solid. Thanks
