Unable to select recommended resolution for the LG Wide Monitor for R9 380 Graphics Card

I have LG Wide monitor model 25UM56 which has recommended resolution of 2560x1080.  I cannot see this resolution in the drop down for the monitor.  LG support says that it is a limitation of Graphics card.  However graphics card supports 4K resolution so this should be supported.  Any help is appreciated.  I an only select 1920x1080 and everything shows up strethed

The R9 380 is legacy and no longer supported. The last driver version is 22.6.1 - what driver version are you using?

Also, what connection type are you using, DP or HDMI? Have you tried another connection or different cable?

Thank you for the reply. Yes it’s an old video card. I have tried both HDMI and DP but DP is with an HDMI adapter. I have tried multiple cables. Recently I tried with my laptop and it shows 2560x1080 option.
