two one inch black bars on edge of monitor

I've got a 4k monitor but after installing win 10 I get two one inch black bars on the sides. I am running it in 1920 x 1200 mode so I can see the game I am playing. I have a RX480 vid card. The display is correct when I run it under win 7. I thought there was a setting to allow overscanning or something but I don't find it. Any ideas? Thanx in advance.

Most likely your 4k monitor is 16:9. The resolution you picked is 1920:1200 which is 16:10. Try picking a 16:9 ratio like 1920x1080 or 2560x1440.

Yeppers you hit it on the head. Changed to 1920x1080 and it at least filled my screen. But I really miss the missing 120 pixels hahaha
