Trying to connect dual monitors with RX 580 (HDMI and DVI). When starting Windows 10, both monitors start up with Windows logo and then 2nd monitor shuts off. 2nd monitor will work if 1st one is disconnected and computer restarted. Windows does not detect a second monitor in settings. Can anyone help?
